Dubuque County leaders close to finalizing budget, concerned about state property tax letter
Dubuque County officials are closing in on approving the next fiscal year's budget and, like city of Dubuque leaders, warned residents about what they said is a misleading letter about property taxes sent by the state of Iowa.
